As much as possible, please avoid saving files to the Desktop.
We've had cases of people losing files saved to the Desktop
after they log out.

Please use the U: drive or T: drive.

(But do NOT manually put anything under U:\Profile since that
directory is overwritten everytime you log in our out. )
